She has served as Chief People Officer and senior HR leader for global organizations navigating complex mergers and acquisitions, enterprise-wide restructures, and periods of rapid growth. Liz is known for aligning people systems to business strategy and leveraging technology to modernize talent, culture, and operating models at scale. Her work supporting executive teams through moments of complexity and organizational shift has been recognized with the Bersin Award for HR Transformation.
