Alex Boisvert

Alex is a data and AI enablement professional with experience supporting the development and quality assurance of leading generative AI systems. Most recently, she served on xAI’s Human Data team, contributing to the launch of Aurora, xAI’s first generative image model. In that role, she quality-reviewed more than 16,000 image outputs, supported training data development through simulated user testing for X’s Grok Analyze, and partnered with technical teams to refine workflows and strengthen output standards.

At Mind for Mission, Alex supports AI readiness assessments, pilot builds, documentation, and user enablement. She is especially skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance that helps teams build confidence using AI responsibly. Her work combines strong analytical rigor with a patient, thoughtful teaching style that makes adoption feel accessible rather than overwhelming.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from The Ohio State University, graduating cum laude.
