Adam is a revenue and operations leader who builds the commercial engine and then runs it: the strategy, the measurement, and the operating rhythm that turns plans into results. Over fifteen years he has done that work at every scale. He started in corporate strategy at Aon, partnering closely with the CEO of a Fortune 100 enterprise. At Google he advised senior commercial leaders and earned three promotions in four years across Large Customer Sales and Global Business Strategy. At Snap he built the global sales strategy and operations organization before and after the IPO and set the strategy and structure for more than $1 billion in client agreements. He has since owned the P&L end to end at a series-B startup, built a sales operations function from scratch at a $600M+ PE-owned SaaS company, and led a global AI- and automation-driven productivity program at a multibillion-dollar enterprise, carrying a savings target in the hundreds of millions and reporting regularly to the board.
Named one of The Modern Sale's Top 100 global revenue operations leaders, Adam counsels executive teams from Fortune 100 to pre-IPO on adapting to a fast-changing AI economy. At Mind for Mission he owns value realization and operating cadence: measurement rules leaders trust, financial cases that hold up, and the rhythm that keeps transformation moving. His discipline makes every Mind for Mission engagement bigger and stronger than the sum of its parts.
